1. Mustard Seeds
The best natural source of beta omega 3 & carotene. They can be used to give high strength to your scalp & hairs . It can be directly applied to hair after oil heating. For good effects you have to use oil on regularly. The mustard seed treatment sometimes fails to control the hair fall due to any mineral deficiency. Zinc deficiency can also cause hair fall because vitamin E fails to get absorbed in our body in the absence of zinc. It is also best suitable for poor growth and hair fall due to breakage or dandruff .
2. Egg Yolk
Uncooked egg yolk is Protein rich rejuvenates helps your scalp as well as health of hairs. The egg yolk can be applied by many ways to apply on your scalp. Egg yolk's protiens helps our hairs to make better connection with our scalp. It also works as natural conditioner and gives perfect shine to our hairs. The procedure is, just take enough amount of egg yolk and apply it on the base of hairs to the whole length. After one hour, use some shampoo to remove it egg yolk. The baby shampoos are often light and are also free from harmful chemicals.
3. Olive Oil

Results better if you warm olive oil before application to increase absorptivity and action. It is also a large source of omega 3. It is suitable in all seasons and because of its neutral effect it can be used in all of the seasons. It is best suitable in winters. It is very effective in scalp infections, dandruff issues & hair loss, and can also be used in combination with other natural ingredients.
4. Henna Leaves
Henna can be used in Dried as well as in fresh form. It is kind of natural conditioner & helps the growth of our hair in an optimum manner. The procedure of using it is very simple. Just crush few leaves of it & then put them in olive oil. When the mixture turn reddish, use a muslin cloth to filter its leaves. The left extract can be used to get beautiful & stronger hairs. The health of scalp can be improved by washing your hairs with this lemon juice. For this purpose a reasonable quantity is needed. You can also use lemon juice in combination with other natural ingredients like coconut oil and olive oil.
6. Castor Oil
It is a good hair tonic and also increases the growth of your hairs. Basically it is thick and usually mixed with a thinner oil. Its main ingredient present in castor oil is Ricinoleic acid. As approved by FDA also, it is safe for use and you can use it. It is good for abrupt growth of your hair & significantly decreases the hair fall also. Castor oil can't be used in diet on regular basis. Its continuous use may harm your digestive system. Instead it is safe to apply externally.
7. Fenugreek Seeds
Fenugreek seeds are very good for hair fall and also for hair thinning problems. You have to crush some seeds first & burn them in suitable oil. Fenugreek seeds are rich in minerals and vitamins which are necessary for scalp health. Fenugreek seeds are also used in many dishes as a spice. Fenugreek seeds are also useful as a diet component . 8. Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is very good for all of the hair problems. we can use this oil for better hairs. A daily massage of Coconut oil can leave your hair shiny & healthy. Coconut oil has more absorbing power as compared to other oils. Coconut oil should be used in warm state. Coconut oil is best base for producing hair tonic. Apart of this we can add cloves, fenugreek seeds, ginger & garlic in this, and then heat it to make a good hair tonic for hairfall.
9. Water Consumption
Water is the most important ingredient against normal hair fall and other problems of body. More than 75% of human body is composed of water. Daily consumption of 4 liters of water saves you from many problems. If you consume small amount of water then it can give rise to metabolic disturbances and in turn you may face hair falling issues.
10. Jute Ash
It is a wonderful product of nature. You can burn a small sized jute piece to get ash for use. Mix the ash with coconut oil and some other oils to get the desired results. It also gives a strong color to hairs and also gives strength too. Also prevent hair loss in a very short time & good to use once after every 3 days or so. Don't use it regularly as it may not be suitable as it is very heavy mixture.
